Facade & Building Improvement Grant Opportunities
The Klamath Falls Downtown Association (KFDA) and the City of Klamath Falls will offer facade improvement and building improvement grants to assist property and business owners in improving the outward appearance of their buildings within the downtown area and to encourage private investment in the look and feel of downtown. Through an initial request for letters of interest, KFDA and the City will identify projects that could benefit from leveraging funds across programs, and will then release details on phase 2 of the process.
Keep in mind that this is not an application for grant funding - this phase of the process is simply to identify the level of interest in these programs. Even if there are components of your project (budget, schedule, etc.) that are not completely detailed, you are welcome to submit a letter of interest if you have a project in mind that fits with the program.
Please see the request for letters of interest below. We're excited to hear all of the exciting projects that our downtown stakeholders have been thinking about!
